How to use this wiki

A wiki is a collaborative web tool for publishing documents on the web. Unlike other web tools that produce static pages, wikis allow anyone to change the text, images and other information on its pages.

While most people are familiar with large online wikis, such as the famous Wikipedia, wikis don't have to be public, nor do they need to large. In fact, wikis are a great tool for small groups to edit documents, share ideas and work collaboratively.

A wiki replaces the need to constantly e-mail files back and forth, since everything is kept in one place. Also, contributors can be given accounts with different permissions, and everyone can keep track of who has made what changes to wiki pages.

While the focus of the wiki is the basic document editing page, other features can be useful, especially the discussion page, which allows contributors to debate edits to a page or suggest improvements.

The history page is also useful for comparing revisions. Simply select an earlier version of the page and compare it to the current page to see what your members have added and changed over time.

Most wikis also offer a way to track changes by page, by section or even by user. You can usually set up notifications, too. For example, your wiki can send you an e-mail every time someone edits a particular page, or whenever a particular person edits any page.

First steps

First you have to create an account, request the activation at and then fill your Bio using the right template.

What is a template?

A template is a page created to be included in other pages. Templates usually contain repetitive material that might need to show up on any number of articles or pages. They are commonly used for standard layouts, warnings or notices, infoboxes, navigational boxes, and similar purposes.

The first template you have to use is the Template:Bio. To use it just copy paste the following code in the top of your User page:
